We are looking for a skilled self-motivated and energetic International Business Development Manager to help us to cross borders.

Where will you end up, once you are hired?

The basis will be at our office in Utrecht, but the focus will be on international festivals, mostly in Europe. Appic is the leading source of festival marketing for festivals in the Benelux, and the biggest Party Profile App for users. A few years ago, it all started with a legendary club night in New York City. This night has been the foundation of the existence of this Party Profile Platform ever since. In 3 years, the app gained over 350.000 unique users and even took over the Grandmaster in the Dutch festival database: Partyflock.com, which results in a reachable audience of 1,4 million users a month. But this is not where it ends, because we love growth. And festivals. And music. And to connect people. And at this point. We are ready to cross borders. Will you be joining us?

What will you be telling your friends and family about your new job?

Well, that you are an Appic Legend, to start with. That you are bringing in the international big boys for the biggest festival database and party profile app. That you are working for a Dutch organisation that combines all the valuable aspects of our current social media platforms for the ultimate festival experience. That at Appic, we make sure that no one ever needs to miss his or her favourite artist, festival or even friends. That with Appic, you can customize your personal timetable, find new artists to follow and, find your friends through our interactive festival map, or even your true love with our festival match feature – even without internet connection.

And what exactly will you be doing?

Creating an international client base is on the top of your list. You will regularly contact potential clients to identify, cultivate, and develop opportunities. We expect that in the beginning you will work together with our office team in Utrecht, but later on you could be traveling a lot more. We invite you to bring a flexible attitude and we expect you to develop a strategy and design an effective plan on spreading our platforms to other countries. International acquisition is your responsibility, and we would like to ask you to be sharp as a knife on not letting pass any chance on improvement of our services or products.
